Open and management of travel files; Designing and developing Itineraries according to customer profiles; Provision to customers with detailed Travel Information and advice by phone or email; Negotiating for services with vendors; Costing and pricing of tour packages, converting these to bookings; Developing website tours content; Making tours, transportation, and accommodation reservations; High level of Responsibility and Confidentiality; Documentation procedures; Manage travel files independently; Coordination of several travel services; Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades; Offering excellent customer service and dealing with constraints calmly and diplomatically Sales and marketing
Requisitos
Tourism Management Degree; Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English); Proficient in Excel and World; To be thorough and pay attention to detail; Active listening skills; Customer service skills; Should be Highly Organized in the Work; Confidentiality; The ability to sell products and services; Administration skills; A desire to help people
