Entre tus responsabilidades estarán asesorar a los clientes sobre opciones de viaje, gestionar reservas, preparar itinerarios personalizados y garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos bachillerato/COU completado y sólida experiencia previa en la industria. Un dominio fluido del español es imprescindible para poder atender las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Your daily tasks will include reviewing, drafting, and administering contracts, as well as maintaining constant communication with suppliers and clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our offices in Madrid. Requirements Strong analytical skills to evaluate and manage contracts efficiently. Proven experience in contract negotiation and agreement management. Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Travel Agent Job Description As a Travel Agent at Viva Trip, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements for groups and individual clients. Your main duties will include preparing itineraries, managing bookings with hotels, transport companies, and other service providers, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid. Requirements Experience in travel planning and reservations management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. High level of English proficiency (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Spain and Portugal as tourist destinations is a plus. 3. MICE Group Coordinator Job Description As a MICE Group Coordinator at Viva Trip, you will oversee the organization and execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients and suppliers, coordinating logistics, supervising on-site operations, and ensuring the success of each event. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid. Requirements Proven experience in managing MICE or group tourism projects. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Capacity to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. High level of English proficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
