As Revenue Manager, you are the hotel’s strategic performance architect. You drive total revenue growth by unifying pricing strategy, digital performance, and distribution excellence across all revenue streams: Rooms, F&B, MICE, Spa/Wellness, and ancillary services. Reporting to the General Manager, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams, you own the hotel’s overall revenue strategy, ensuring pricing integrity, maximized online visibility, and optimal channel profitability. You balance analytical rigor with digital creativity to grow market share, enhance brand desirability, and connect the right guest to the right product at the right price, on the right channel. You are the objective, data-driven voice guiding strategic decision-making across all commercial verticals.
Requisitos
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management in hospitality • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and influence decision-making • Solid understanding of digital acquisition levers (SEO, SEA, SEM, Metasearch, CRM) • Proficiency in RMS (IDeaS), PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, web analytics tools, and CMS • Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to budgeting processes • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Good level of Excel and database management • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
