Gerente de Ventas MICE

Job Mission:Sales Manager mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all Sales aspects of the hotel, with the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional guest experience. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role  in overseeing Sales departments and processes within the hotel to maintain high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Sales Manager has to orchestrate all  Sales elements harmoniously, ensuring an impeccable guest experience while maintaining the hotel's reputation for luxury, elegance, and exceptional service. This involves overseeing departments, managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency especially for the corporate Chinese market What will I have to do?Maximize revenue through effective conversion of Corporate MICE group bookings, both with and without catering requirements.Conduct sales calls independently or with team members to maintain existing relationships, engage prospects, and acquire new business opportunities.Manage and support all operational aspects of confirmed business (e.g., appointments, client correspondence, proposals, contracts, reports, invoices).Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and tactical plans to maximize revenue from function spaces and room nights within the corporate MICE segmentBuild, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, key clients, and industry stakeholders.Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, banquet, F&B, and front office to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction. What are we looking for?•       Strong understanding and experience in the corporate and small-to-mid-sized MICE market.•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.•       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.•       Fluency in English (both verbal and written).•       Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.•       Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
