All aspects of these wellness initiatives will be adopted and promoted throughout the human resources and training functions. Duties and Responsibilities In this role, I will support and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Human Resources department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My scope of work includes: • Take full responsibility for host housing operations, including: Allocation and coordination of accommodation; Ongoing housing availability and logistics; Coordination of maintenance and repairs with internal and external providers; Host transportation logistics; etc. • Ensure all housing and facilities meet Six Senses standards and support host wellbeing. • Support the efficient operation of the Human Resources department in line with brand operating standards. • Assist in the preparation and implementation of the resort’s Human Resources Plan. • Manage all aspects of HR administration, including: • Host onboarding and offboarding • Maintaining accurate Hosts records • Ensuring all host profiles are correctly updated in internal system • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and engaging work environment. • Maintain confidential host files and documentation at all times. • Resolve daily host queries related to HR processes and internal platform, validating information and documentation. • Prepare and send HR and hotel communications via Internal Platforms and email. • Support the PRL Coordination. • Champion Mission Wellness initiatives in coordination with the Training Manager and Training Coordinator. • Support and promote host engagement activities and internal events. • Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments. • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources. Qualification To execute the position of Housing & Human Resources Coordinator, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Labour Relations or Hospitality Management and more than two years’ experience in a similar human resources role. In terms of human resources management, I have an intuitive sense for motivating people, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of luxury customers and the hosts who serve them. Technical skills include Advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and HRIS system. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish. I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities, and services.
