Would you like to join the Happiness Industry? We are looking for Front Office Team Members (Receptiemedewerker) to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands). What will you be responsible for? • Welcoming guests with professionalism, warmth, and a service‑oriented attitude. • Managing check‑in, check‑out, and all front desk procedures. • Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. • Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles. • Processing payments, invoices, and daily cashier tasks. • Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with brand standards. • Supporting the implementation of procedures and service standards for the hotel opening. What are we looking for? • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles, ideally in 4/5 hotels. • Experience in hotel openings is a plus. • Strong communication and customer‑service skills. • Fluency in English; Dutch is highly valued. • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments. • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
