We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our buzzing People team and support the growth of Big Mamma across the UK & Ireland. If you love meeting people, sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and creating meaningful candidate experiences, this role is for you! You’ll join us during an exciting growth phase, supporting new openings and high-volume hiring while learning from an experienced HR team. What You’ll Do • Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct search • Support screening and structured interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit • Coordinate interviews and act as a key point of contact for candidates • Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring journey • Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging candidate experience • Support the creation of job ads and employer branding content • Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives • Track recruitment data and support reporting • Support the People team with ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects About You • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency, ideally 2 years ) • Confident in sourcing on different job boards, managing multiple roles at pace, and comfortable working with ATS • Curious, people-oriented, and confident in communicating with candidates and teams • A team player eager to learn, grow, and make an impact • Fluent in English; hospitality experience is a plus • Eligible to work in the UK Our Offer • Permanent Full Time Role, Monday–Friday • Salary: £32,000 per year • 28 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (36 total), plus an extra day off on your birthday • Open Up – free, confidential mental health and wellness support • Wagestream – access your wages between paydays • Vitality - private healthcare membership for yourself • A culture rooted in Authenticity, Excellence, Meritocracy, and Entrepreneurship At Big Mamma, passion matters as much as experience.
