YOUR MISSION: • You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team! • You will be responsible for completing food preparation across various sections of the kitchen before and throughout the service. • You will be working closely with chefs and follow their instructions. • You will be opening and closing the kitchen with the team. • You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. • You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day! • You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
