Wir suchen für die Sommersaison einen Concierge Tournant (m/w/d), der unser Team motiviert, unterstützt und dafür sorgt, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Ihre Aufgaben Gewährleistung einer hohen Qualität des Dienstleistungsangebots Bereitschaft in der Nacht zu arbeiten Empfang der Hotelgäste vor dem Hotel, am Bahnhof und am Flugplatz Samedan Transport von Gästen bei An- und Abreisen organisieren, Bestellung von Taxis und Limousinen Be- und Entladen der Gästeautos Organisation von An- und Abreisen der Gäste, Reiseplanung- und buchung. Vermittlung von internen und externen Dienstleistungen und Produkten Auskunftsdienste, Empfehlung und Reservierung von Restaurants, kulturellen Veranstaltungen, Wanderungen, usw. Requisitos
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen in gleichrangigen Hotels • Kommunikativ • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Italienisch von Vorteil • Saubere und Gepflegte Erscheinung • Belastbarkeit • Flexibilität und Teamgeist
