What will be your mission?
As Marketing, Communication and Social Media Executive (M/F) you will report to the Hotels General Managers, Tivoli PR and Brand Directors, and Tivoli Algarve Marketing and Communications Manager.
What will you do?
• Support the definition and implementation of the MKT and PR Plan for the hotel and the different outlets, with Central MKT & PR team supervision;
• Support with the development of Marketing & Communications presentations for Business Reviews;
• Support with the development and supervision of Hotel Marketing and Communication’s budget, forecast and payments;
• Project Management and person of contact for the Design and PR agency for both properties;
• Development of stationery, collateral and marketing materials for the hotel;
• Brand Guardian: Responsible for ensuring accurate brand identity communication across all touchpoints;
• Content management and on-going auditing of online and offline platforms;
• Support and development of promotional campaigns and packages;
• Organization, coordination and review of hotel photo and video shootings;
• Copywriting and short translations (EN>PT/PT>EN);
• Marketing and communications support for hotel events;
• Management of hotels’ social media accounts (Tivoli Carvoeiro and Tivoli Alvor) for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok: content creation and management (PT/EN), community management, selection and coordination of influencer partnerships, META paid campaigns;
• Overview of hotels’ F&B outlets social media accounts (Sky Bar Carvoeiro, The One) for Facebook and Instagram, currently managed by a local SM agency for content creation and management (PT/EN), community management, and META paid campaigns.
• Coordination of the hotel's PR plan: creation of press releases; support in organizing national and international press trips with personalized itineraries, hosting journalists and influencers, gifts;
• Support with the search and organization of sponsorships, partnerships and potential cross-promotion opportunities.

• Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Portuguese and English;
• Experience/knowledge of graphic design tools are valued;
• Prior experience in the Hospitality/Tourism/Gastronomy/Luxury experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
