MISSION: Responsible for complying with the budget of hotels in their designated segment or geographical areas with a vision of the area of origin business. Capture, develop and retain those accounts and carry out the actions established in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined in the hotel's Business Plan.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets across assigned markets and business segments.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of local, key and strategic accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel’s presence in existing and emerging markets.
• Negotiate corporate agreements, RFPs, MICE contracts and group business.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, tourism partners, associations and industry organisations.
• Coordinate sales activities, client visits, site inspections, events and familiarisation trips.
• Promote the hotels, services and global loyalty and sales programmes through in-person and virtual channels.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning and performance reporting.
• Contribute to hotel pre-opening plans and commercial launch activities.
• Resolve account and customer matters efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Support the recruitment, development and engagement of team members.
• Champion brand standards and help create personalised guest experiences that exceed expectations.

IS THIS YOU?
• You have a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline.
• You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a cluster role.
• You understand Meetings & Events operations and the luxury hotel market.
• You are comfortable working with FOCUS, OPERA and Microsoft Office.
• You communicate confidently in both French and English.
• Any additional language is a valuable asset.
• You are customer-focused, results-driven and comfortable working in a changing international environment.
