You’ll manage sports, wellness, children’s, and artistic activities, while optimizing resources and driving customer satisfaction. Your role is key to creating memorable moments and positioning Sol Tropikal Durrës as a top leisure destination 🏨.💼 What You Will Do
• 🎭 Design & Supervise Entertainment Programmes
• Define and adapt sports, wellness, children’s, and artistic programmes.
• Ensure correct implementation and continuous improvement of all activities.
• 📋 Team Leadership & Standards
• Ensure teams understand departmental manuals and standards.
• Customize standards to local needs and train staff accordingly.
• 🛍️ Resource & Supplier Management
• Negotiate with external suppliers and manage material orders.
• Control inventory and optimize departmental resources.
• 🔍 Innovation & Competitor Analysis
• Research competitors and develop innovative programmes.
• Pilot new ideas and keep the department at the forefront of guest entertainment.
• 📊 Financial Oversight
• Participate in budgeting, monitor expenses, and analyze P&L.
• Implement corrective actions and ensure financial goals are met.
• 👥 HR & Guest Experience
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage team schedules, wellness participation, and uniform distribution.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve incidents effectively.
🔍 What We Are Looking For:🎓 Education & Training
• University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or similar.
🗣️ Languages
• Fluency in the local language and advanced English.
• A third language is a plus.
💡 Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Expertise in sports, wellness, children’s and artistic programmes.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and management tools.
• Strong financial acumen and Office 365 proficiency.
• Leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, innovative, and service-oriented mindset.
📆 Experience
• External: Minimum 3 years in a similar role in hospitality.
• Internal: At least 2 years in entertainment or customer-facing departments.
