Your Tasks:
• Ensure accurate financial records through income audits, cashiering controls, and accounts receivable processes
• Perform daily operational audits and verify revenue, adjustments, rebates, complimentary services, and cash transactions
• Monitor inventories, spoilage reports, warehouse issues, and purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Support month-end reporting, financial reconciliations, and preparation of finance reports
• Work closely with all hotel departments to maintain financial accuracy and minimize operational risks
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hotel policies, and UAE legal requirements
What are we looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant, Income Auditor, or in a similar role within a luxury hotel
• Strong knowledge of Income Audit, General Cashiering, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Proficiency in Opera, Micros, Microsoft Office, and hotel financial systems
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive, organized, and reliable team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
