Mission: You will support the Commercial Department in both strategic and operational tasks, contributing to the department’s internal organization and overall efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality sector while developing cross-functional skills in a key area of hotel management.

 

What will you do?

 

• Assist in preparing reports and data analyses to support strategic decisions within the Commercial Department.

• Provide administrative support and ensure accurate and organized documentation across all departmental processes.

• Support the coordination and follow-up of group bookings, corporate reservations, and events.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to guarantee clear communication and seamless execution of events.

• Assist in drafting commercial proposals, service contracts, and event function sheets.

• Help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Commercial team.

• Collaborate with the Sales & Events team to maintain and update client databases and assist with lead follow-up activities.

 

What are we looking for?

 

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

• Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and English (a third language is a plus).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Good understanding of hotel sales, events, and reservation operations.

• Familiarity with tools such as Opera Cloud, Sihot, CRM systems and Microsoft 365 is valued.

• No previous experience required, but relevant internships or academic projects will be considered a plus.
