We’re looking for a Sales Executive – Leisure Segment who is as passionate about creating memorable journeys as we are.As a Sales Executive, you will be the key connector between our luxury resort and leisure clientele, from global travel partners to discerning individual guests. You’ll combine sales finesse with heartfelt service, building long-term relationships while supporting the commercial strategy to exceed targets.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage relationships with key leisure travel agencies, wholesalers, tour operators, and OTA partners.
Conduct proactive daily sales calls, monthly account reviews, and quarterly business meetings to ensure contracted accounts are producing.
Create and maintain client databases, generate leads through market surveys, and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Customize proposals and negotiate competitive packages that reflect the exclusivity of our offering while ensuring profitability.
Coordinate all aspects of group bookings, from availability checks to room allocation, contract processing, and personalised arrangements.
Assist clients in selecting tailored experiences and services that meet their travel needs, from spa bookings and excursions to private events.
Host property site inspections, handle familiarisation trips, and deliver high-impact presentations to promote the resort’s key features.
Monitor service quality and gather guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement and long-term guest retention.
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team on promotions, PR support, media partnerships, content creation, and social media engagement.
Ensure smooth administrative processes including PO tracking, calendar scheduling, meeting planning, and CRM documentation.
Keep up-to-date with hotel facilities, nearby attractions, seasonal offers, and brand standards to remain a trusted source of information.
Represent the brand during travel industry events and coordinate sales blitzes as required by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury sector.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
A well-organised, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Strong knowledge of MS Office; exposure Opera systems is a plus.
A collaborative team player with an eye for detail and high personal drive.
