We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated Head Waiters to join our brand-new restaurant and be part of this exciting new chapter.

For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we are looking for the very best HEAD WAITERS 🤩

Your Mission:

• Lead your section with style, energy, and precision, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless and memorable dining experience.


• Be the point of reference for both guests and team members — anticipating needs, solving challenges, and keeping the service flow smooth.


• Know our menu and wine list like the back of your hand, guiding guests with passion and authenticity. 


• Mentor and support waiters and runners, fostering teamwork and making sure every detail — from service timing to table presentation — is on point.
