Requirements
We are looking for a professional with experience and leadership skills in the Berlin hotel sector to join our team and play a key role in the management of our establishment.
- MISSION: To plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities related to the comprehensive management of the hotel, supervising and leading all departments and services, utilizing the necessary material, technical, and human resources, according to company policies, standards, and strategies, to achieve defined profitability and quality objectives. This includes technical, economic, commercial, planning, and development coordination for daily and medium- to long-term hotel operations.
- FUNCTIONS:
Planning material and human resources. Comprehensive management and coordination of hotel operations.
Other responsibilities include:
• Managing and controlling processes for the optimal development of hotel operations.
• Responsible for cost control and budget adherence.
• Organizing and coordinating all hotel departments. Negotiating with and sourcing suppliers. • Team management: leadership and constant communication with department heads to ensure continuous improvement, guarantee quality service, and monitor work and training protocols. Management of teams with leadership skills, dynamism, initiative, flexibility, and honesty.
