Sie sind Teil unseres Front Office Teams und tragen maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Hotels bei. Sie... • verstehen sich als Gastgeber, heißen unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen und gehen offen und charmant mit ihnen um • sind Ansprechpartner für alle Gästebelange • nehmen Reservierungen an & Upselling ist kein Fremdwort • führen den Check- in und Check- out unserer Gäste durch • übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Kassenführung und die Abrechnung zum Schichtende • behalten auch in stressigen Situationen stets den Überblick • sorgen für einen aktiven Kommunikationsfluss zwischen allen Bereichen unseres Hauses • bearbeiten E-Mails und nehmen Anrufe entgegen Wir entwickeln Ihre Talente. Folgende Erfahrungen bringen Sie bereits mit: • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie ist von Vorteil • Kenntnisse der Hotelsoftware OPERA cloud sind wünschenswert • Sie haben eine ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz • Freundliches und offenes Auftreten sowie Kontaktfreudigkeit gehören zu Ihren Eigenschaften • Sie sind von Herzen Gastgeber • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise auch Spanischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnis ist vorteilhaft
