Buscamos un host/hostess a 20 horas para nuestro nuevo hotel de lujo (*****)en Valencia, Gran Hotel Centenari, Autograph Collection.

Funciones

· Serás el anfitrión/a de los clientes, tanto alojados como externos del hotel, desde su llegada hasta que se ubican en los diferentes outlets de restauración. Es la persona que da la bienvenida, sienta y acomoda, y despide a los clientes de los outlets de restauración. Se encarga de registrar, gestionar y confirmar las reservas del departamento de F&B a través del programa de gestión de reservas del hotel y de controlar el aforo y afluencia de personas a la terraza / bar.

· Revisa los menús para asegurarse de que estén actualizados, limpios, abundantes y sin arrugas. Mantiene el orden y la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo durante todo el día, practicando procedimientos de limpieza sobre la marcha.

· Incentiva la venta

· Debe comunicarse con los diferentes responsables del Dpto de F&B para garantizar el éxito en el servicio y la satisfacción de los clientes. Debe transmitir y registrar las observaciones de los clientes a los managers en turno.

· El candidato/a seleccionado/a debe ser capaz de comunicarse con fluidez en inglés y español.

·Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía

Requisitos

· Formación en Hostelería y/o Gestión de Alojamientos Turísticos
· Valorable experiencia de al menos 2 años en puestos de atención al cliente en hotel o restaurantes de 4*/5*
· Nivel alto de inglés
