You will work closely with clients to ensure the successful creation and delivery of programs within established budgets and timelines. Your responsibilities will also include: - Proposal Creation: Developing proposals for groups within specified timelines. - Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets for each proposal. - Supplier Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with suppliers for information and reservations. - Client Engagement: Continuous communication with clients in timely manner according to the company standards. To excel in this role, candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications: - Education: Upper Secondary Education, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the Tourism, Hospitality, or Event industries. - Project Management: Strong understanding of project planning and management, particularly in a Destination Management Company. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory. Additional languages can be useful.
