Angebots- , Menüplanung, Preiskalkulation in Absprache mit Küchenchefin
Wareneinkauf, warennannahme, Lagerbewirtschaftung in Absprache mit Küchenchefin
Erstellen von Dienstplänen
Mise-en-place und Nachbereitung
Vorbereitung und Zubereitung der erforderlichen Speisen in sauberer Arbeitsweise
Kreative Gestaltung des Angebotes
Mithilfe bei der Organisation eines reibungslosen Ablaufes in der Küche
Einhaltung aller Hygienevorschriften laut HACCP sowie Gewährleistung der Arbeitssicherheit
