As a Front Desk Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid-Prado, you will serve as the primary ambassador of hospitality at our boutique property in the heart of Madrid. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence and uphold Hilton’s brand standards, delivering a seamless, personalized, and efficient experience for every guest from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the full guest cycle, including check-in, check-out, and precise billing procedures. · Oversee reservation management and maintain fluid coordination with Housekeeping and other departments. · Handle guest inquiries and complex issues with professional diplomacy and efficient problem-solving. · Provide expert recommendations on hotel facilities and local cultural attractions. · Maintain high standards of safety and operational continuity across all assigned shifts. Requirements: · Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector. · Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a distinct advantage. · Competencies: Results-oriented mindset, impeccable grooming standards, and adaptability to rotating shift schedules.
