EinleitungDas im Jahre 1912 erbaute Suvretta House gehört der Kategorie der 5*-Luxushotels an, verfügt über 181 Gästezimmer und Suiten, sowie über eine umfassende Hotelinfrastruktur mit dem formellen Grand Restaurant (17 Punkte GM), der ungezwungenen Suvretta Stube (14 Punkte GM), den Bergrestaurants Chasellas (15 Punkte GM) und Trutz, dem Roomservice, den Festsälen und dem Suvretta Sports & Pleasure Wellnessangebot. Das Grandhotel Suvretta House wurde im Karl Wild Hotelrating zum Hotel des Jahres 2020/21 gekürt und gehört den Hotelvereinigungen The Leading Hotels of the World, den Swiss Deluxe Hotels und den Engadine Golf Hotels an. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir für die Wintersaison 2025/26 in Saisonanstellung einen Commis de cuisine Pâtissier für unsere Hauptküche mit 17 Gault Millau Punkten (m/w) Ihre AufgabenUnterstützung des Patisserie-Teams in der Herstellung diverser Confiserie-Produkte, Süssspeisen, Desserts und Pâtisseriegerichten in einer sehr hohen Qualität Mise en Place Arbeiten für den Bankett und à-la-carte Service Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chef de Partie und dem gesamten Küchenteam Pflege und Reinigung des Arbeitsplatzes sowie der Küchengeräte Aktive Mitgestaltung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen Unterstützung bei Sonderveranstaltungen und Events im Restaurant Mitarbeit bei der Warenannahme, -kontrolle und sachgerechten Lagerung Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards gemäss HACCP-Richtlinien Was Sie im Suvretta House erwarten dürfenInteressante, spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit 120-jähriges Traditionshotel im Besitz der Gründerfamilie Zeitgemässe Entlöhnung und Sozialleistungen 5-Tage Woche im Schnitt bei 43,5 Stunden 5 Wochen Ferien und 6 Feiertage pro Jahr 13.
