🛎️ Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage reservation calls, messages and emails in a professional, timely manner, aligned with company brand standards.
Administer new and existing reservations.
Develop a strong understanding of resort products, services and pricing.
Accurately process booking requests and update any required changes.
Track and communicate client requests clearly and accurately.
Act as the main pre-arrival contact for clients, especially group bookings.
Process credit card payments securely.
Maintain strict confidentiality of clients and client information.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Requirements
Proficiency in Opera Cloud, Opera or similar PMS.
Knowledge or experience with IDEAS, Duetto, OTA Insights.
Exposure to STR Global is an advantage.
Training or experience in reservations management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center or front desk/reception.
High level of spoken and written Spanish & English.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, terminology and tone.
Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and opportunities.
Reliable and flexible with work schedules.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passionate about customer service, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work irregular shifts, weekends and holidays.
Commitment to company brand standards.
