What will you be doing? • Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate enthusiastically. • Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual. • Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience. • Inform guests of specials and menu changes. • Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations. • Supervise the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course. • Monitor and observe guests' dining experience. • Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. What are we looking for? • Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English. • Friendly, outgoing, and positive. • Enjoy being part of a team. • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions. • A genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality. • Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role. • Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
