Ihre AufgabenAb Wintersaison: Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten in den Gästezimmern, öffentlichen Bereichen und anderen Hotelräumlichkeiten nach den festgelegten Standards Reinigung des Wellnessbereichs Wechseln von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sowie Auffüllen von Pflegeprodukten Kontrolle und ggf. Instandsetzung von Inventar und Ausstattung in den Zimmern Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards Meldung von Reparaturbedarf und Mängeln an die zuständigen Abteilungen Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Richtlinien Ihre QualifikationenErfahrung als Housekeeper / Reinigungskraft in der gehobenen Hotellerie Deutsch- oder Englischkenntise, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil (z.B. portugiesisch, spanisch, russisch, englisch) Serviceorientierung sowie Blick für Sauberkeit und Details Organisationstalent und Qualitätsbewusstsein Sicheres und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Teammitgliedern Sympathische und höfliche Umgangsformen Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden, Feiertagen und in Schichtdiensten Gute körperliche Fitness und Belastbarkeit Freundliches Auftreten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung Positive Arbeitseinstellung und Engagement Wir bieten IhnenEine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre in einem professionellen Team Eine gründliche Einarbeitung und Unterstützung durch erfahrene Kollegen/innen Attraktive Vergütung und Sozialleistungen Möglichkeiten zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und Weiterbildung Arbeit in topmodernem neuen Hotelgebäude Die Organisation der Unterkunft Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs Skitickets
