Realizar el mantenimiento y actualizaci&oacute;n de servidores.
Realizar el mantenimiento y actualizaci&oacute;n de diferentes programas inform&aacute;ticos (Office y Navision).
Montar antenas, wifi, cableados o puntos de red para los hoteles.
Visitar los diferentes hoteles para una correcta verificaci&oacute;n de uso e instalaciones de red.
Instalar ordenadores, nuevos puestos de trabajadores con acceso a red, TPV,..
Verificar los programas o instalaciones nuevas realizando pruebas.
Participar en aperturas y cierres de hotel en cuanto a: montaje y desmontaje de maquinaria, verificar l&iacute;neas, controlar comunicaciones, wifi,&hellip;

Funciones y actividades principales

* Chequear el libro de comunicaciones internas por si hay alguna novedad o incidencia
* Organizar el trabajo del turno de mañana, comparar los listados de salida y entrada. Marcar con rosa las habitaciones que se repiten en ambos listados. Pasar las habitaciones de salidas a los partes de trabajo por bloque, incluyendo las novedades del día (cambios de habitaciones o asignaciones, habitaciones de cortesía, bandejas pendientes)
* Chequear las atenciones y acomodarlas por orden
* Registrar en los listados de MB, las peticiones personales de MB de los clientes registrando previamente en prótel
* Preparar los sobres (room service - crédito habitaciones y minibares)
* Imprimir el listado de los clientes alojados y tachar las habitaciones de salida y separarlo por bloque A, B, C, D. Revisar también en el protel habitaciones sin MB, habitaciones con el servicio RK, el servicio kettle, habitaciones de MPL y añadirlos en los listados de MB.
* Ticar los consumos de las salidas
* Pasar las habitaciones de salidas al registro en Excel
* Estar pendiente de que se realice un correcto montaje de las atenciones y los estándares de servicio en las habitaciones (la nevera limpia, atenciones bien puestas)
* Control de la limpieza y correcto montaje de los carros
* Facturar las atenciones en cuenta casa
* Realizar los pedidos (oficina, limpieza, room service, minibares, imprenta)
* Controlar los pedidos y apuntar las fechas de las caducidades
* Rellenar la bitácora
* Chequear los almacenes de room service
* Realizar el inventario
* Comparar los listados de llegadas y salidas y preparar los partes de trabajo para el turno de tarde
* Informar el turno de tarde de las tareas pendientes y bandejas pendientes y de cualquier tipo de incidencia.
