Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO in all executive, administrative, and liaison functions. This role requires close daily collaboration with the CEO and includes frequent international travel, particularly to China. The Personal Assistant will accompany the CEO during business trips and act as an interlocutor in meetings, ensuring effective communication, preparation of relevant materials, and accurate follow-up on action items.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the CEO’s agenda, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
• Participating in international meetings and serving as an intermediary between the CEO and external partners.
• Preparing documentation, briefings, and reports necessary for strategic discussions.
• Ensuring clear and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing high-level organizational and administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
• Preferably with an academic background in Engineering;
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership;
• Availability for frequent international travel, including extended periods in China;
• Mandatory fluency in Mandarin, English, and Portuguese (spoken and written) - Mandatory;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail;
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
