• Experiencia sólida en sala de restaurantes o hoteles (mínimo 5 años). • Pasión por el servicio de desayunos y almuerzos: atención al detalle, calidez y profesionalidad. • Conocimiento práctico de vinos, cócteles y preparación de café de calidad. • Capacidad para liderar y formar a un equipo pequeño (2-4 personas). • Experiencia en guest relations, manejo de quejas y upselling natural. • Ganas de construir el front-of-house desde cero y crecer con el proyecto. • Inglés fluido + español conversacional (otros idiomas son un plus). • Liderar el servicio en restaurante, room service y garden bar. • Asegurar una experiencia mindful y de alto nivel durante desayunos y almuerzos. • Gestionar reservas, flujo de servicio y atención personalizada. • Supervisar el porcentaje de coste de bebidas y minimizar mermas.
