April 2026 besetzen wir mit Freude die Position als: Rezeptionist:in (m/w/d) im Ausmaß von 40 Stunden/Woche und 5 Tage/Woche ab EUR 1.950,- netto pro Monat Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst unter anderemSie empfangen und verabschieden unsere Gäste (Check-In & Check-Out). Sie bedienen die Telefonanlage, bearbeiten Anfragen und erfüllen Wünsche. Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen. Sie fungieren als Informationszentrale für unsere Gäste, bieten Wegbeschreibungen, Restaurantempfehlungen und Informationen über Hotelangebote sowie Freizeitaktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region an. Sie verbuchen die Leistungen auf das Gastkonto und nehmen Zimmer- und Tischreservierungen entgegen. Requirements
• Sie verfügen über eine hotelspezifische bzw. touristische Ausbildung (Hotelfachschule, HBLA, HGA-Lehre). • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder in einer ähnlichen Position mit. • Sie sind belastbar und verkaufsorientiert. • Sie verfügen über gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office) und arbeiten genau. • Erfahrung mit der Front-Office-Software Protel ist von Vorteil. • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
