Whether you have just completed your training or already have some professional experience, we have the right opportunity for you and will work with you to find your place in our team. Your Task: • Production of the daily mise en place • Preparation and cooking of menus mainly for the à la carte business of the hotel restaurant SYNDEO and the roof terrace BAR CARBANA • Preparation and cooking of culinary buffets and menus for the banquet (conferences, events) and breakfast service areas • Co-designing the menu and its practical implementation • Supervision and control of the staff canteen • Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP guidelines • Ordering, receiving and checking goods as well as professional stocking • Carrying out inventories • If necessary, instructing trainees in the kitchen and training new employees  Your Profil: • Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) • First professional experience in the kitchen advantageous • Passion for good food • creativity • Flexibility and team spirit • Commitment and dedication • Host mentality
