Yconic Travel Studio is looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team! If you have a strong love for travel and a commitment to excellence in customer service, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized travel consulting to international clients, with a focus on Portugal and Spain.
• Ensure a unique travel experience by meeting all of our clients’ needs.
• Create and manage travel itineraries efficiently and with great attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in International Travel Consulting, with a focus on incoming travel to Portugal and Spain.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of tourism offerings in Portugal and Spain.
