Assistant Executive Housekeeper

All aspects of these wellness initiatives will be adopted and promoted throughout the human resources and training functions. Duties & Responsibilities In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of all guest experience tasks to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. I will assist to ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced. I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role: • Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for all new hosts within the Rooms Division, ensuring they feel welcomed, prepared and aligned with our brand culture from day one. • Ensure all Rooms Division training plans are properly created, executed, monitored and completed on time. • Follow up to guarantee all training documentation is correctly filled, updated and archived. • Perform monthly upselling reconciliation. • Coordinate national and international parcel shipments. • Update the Factorial platform with schedules, vacations and sick leaves for all Rooms departments. • Conduct internal LQA & Forbes audits for the Rooms Division. • Collect payroll and financial data for Rooms and submit to Human Resources and Finance monthly. • Calculate departmental holiday provisions monthly. • Ensure all Rooms Guidelines are completed, updated and accessible to all hosts. • Carry out bi-weekly inventories for all Rooms departments, including Housekeeping, ensuring stock is clean, organized and in good condition. • Process warehouse transfers and prepare purchase orders for Rooms departments. • Manage Lost & Found cases related to Rooms. • Ensure all new hosts are equipped with the necessary tools, uniforms, access and systems required to perform their roles successfully. • Operate office equipment and manage documentation, reports and databases efficiently. • Maintain impeccable telephone etiquette while adapting communication style to create comfort and connection with guests. • Answer and redirect calls professionally, ensuring accurate message handling. • Compose and distribute meeting minutes, correspondence and operational reports. • Monitor data protection compliance and ensure procedures and standards are followed. • Maintain strong knowledge of Rooms systems and daily operational activities. • Manage and monitor tasks through the Six Senses App, ensuring timely execution of guest requests. • Demonstrate the ability to multitask across multiple platforms and information streams. • Maintain efficient administration within the department, preparing and submitting operational reports on time. • Attend meetings and training sessions as required. • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director of Rooms. Qualification To execute the position of Rooms Coordinator, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following: • Possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than one year of total experience in a similar hotel operational role. • In terms of rooms operations and guest service, I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer. • I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work positively and effectively in a cross-cultural environment. • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms and have good knowledge of food and beverage service, including basic kitchen skills. • I have excellent knowledge of guest-related functions and guest service standards. • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required, with knowledge of the local language and customs considered a plus. • Valid Spanish Work Permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role.
