For this new opening, we are looking for Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie who can support the service with care and passion.Your Goals: • Stock management, inventory, and understanding of food cost • Basic knowledge of the group's artistic direction • Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, hygiene, and safety procedures • Management of the pass and the service • Knowledge of kitchen basics and techniques, ability to reproduce recipes, and familiarity with fresh pasta • Training junior team members, onboarding, and team motivation Our Offer: • Permanent contract, 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off • Guaranteed tips • A lovingly prepared staff meal before each service, plus a 50% discount in all our restaurants • Many opportunities for professional growth, both nationally and internationally… and much more!
