Your responsibilities Plan and implement sales and promotional activities in the Leisure and Meetings & Events segments across the markets of Switzerland, the USA, South America, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Actively acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through telephone outreach, client meetings, and participation in roadshows, trade fairs, and industry events. Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate documentation of client needs, contact history, and preparation of tailored proposals. Regularly analyze and report on sales activities and monitor account production. Develop and implement sales concepts and action plans Ensure compliance with pricing, distribution, and revenue management strategies. Organize and host hotel site inspections, client visits, and familiarization (FAM) trips. Requirements
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of your work • Degree from a hotel or tourism school or a higher vocational school • Strong organizational skills with experience in independent project coordination and task priorities • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English, plus German and/ or French • High proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM, CMS tools • Willingness to travel within Europe and overseas • Assertiveness and strong communication style • Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor • Enthusiasm for working as part of a dynamic team in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
