We are looking for a People Partner to join our Corporate HR Team at Serras Collection in Barcelona. This is an especially exciting moment for us: we have just opened a new hotel in Andorra, while our other Andorra property continues to thrive, we continue to elevate our flagship hotel in Barcelona, and we are now preparing the opening of our brand‑new hotel in Sevilla, scheduled for the second quarter of this year—bringing the collection to four hotels by the end of 2026. This role will play a key part in supporting and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and care in all HR administrative processes. Key Responsibilities - Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records. - Ensure all new hires complete required documentation. - Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. - Support HR management in resolving employee concerns or workplace issues. - Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture. - Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs. - Track employee training records and compliance certifications. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases. - Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and staff documentation. - Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data. - Assist in ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. - Collaborate with department heads regarding staffing needs. - Support employee engagement activities and staff events. - Assist with HR initiatives that improve staff satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related studies. 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Catalan. Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices. Experience with HR timekeeping management systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required). Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. May require flexible hours to support hotel operations, including occasional weekends or availability to travel to other company properties.
