Job description
En este puesto tendrás que asegurarte de que, tanto áreas de cliente como de personal, están en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento, de acuerdo con los estándares de IHG. • Limpiar en el tiempo establecido las áreas asignadas, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares del departamento. Dichas áreas pueden ser lavabos públicos, lobby, salas de reunión y eventos, F&B outlets, área de personal, entre otras. • Llevar a cabo proyectos de limpieza profunda. • Reportar al responsable de departamento cualquier área que necesite mantenimiento, especialmente aquellas que puedan suponer un riesgo para clientes y empleados. • Reportar objetos perdidos en espacios comunes. • Comunicar al responsable la limpieza de todas las salas de reunión y eventos, de acuerdo con las demandas y prioridades del departamento. • Disposición a colaborar con otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto de trabajo y departamento. Por ejemplo, colaborar con el departamento de Lavandería. • Ayudar a clientes en caso de que tengan dudas o necesiten asistencia.
Requirements
• Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos. • Imprescindible nivel de español alto. Preferible nivel de inglés intermedio. • Habilidades mínimas de informática. • Valorable experiencia previa realizando funciones similares en hotel 5*. • Atención al detalle. • Indispensable buena actitud, predisposición y compañerismo.
