Your opportunity You will: Identify the recruitment needs of our current customers and convince them to join the company Always be passionate about hospitality and human resources. Be aware of the coolest places, events, and new openings in your area / portfolio. Be responsible for the entire sales process with new clients to source and negotiate the best solution for them. Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company. Daily report with the tasks executed (calls, prospects, new business)
Requirements
You have: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or hospitality background Humble with passion for hospitality will be super important. Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English Previous experience using Salesforce will be valued. Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy. Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills. Self-starter who can work in a highly demanding environment. Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
