Job description
Coordinate all aspects of housing logistics — move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance requests. Maintain accurate housing records Serve as the main point of contact for residents and housing partners, resolving issues promptly. Work with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep. Support incoming students with orientation and housing guidance. Track and manage housing budgets, invoices, and service payments. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations. Assist with room assignments and allocations based on availability and preferences. Foster a positive living environment by promoting communication and community engagement. Serve a part of an on-call rotation for Emergencies.
Requirements
Expert in Spanish and English (C1- Proficiency). Catalan is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, social sciences, business administration, or related fields. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Expert knowledge of local culture and cultural differences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to work weekends and handle emergencies
