Job description
Join ABaC R&H 5* GL as a Front Office Agent and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will interact with guests daily, ensuring their stay is unique and enjoyable. Your duties will involve managing check-ins/check-outs, processing reservations for both, the hotel and the 3 Michelin stars restaurant, addressing guest inquiries, and collaborating with various hotel departments. We require candidates with at least secondary level degree, native Spanish language proficiency and advanced (C1) of English. This position, with afternoon and evening shifts, offers an annual salary between 24,600€ and 27,000€ for an indefinite contract.
Requirements
Advanced level (C1) of English. Good with people, proactive attitude, thorough and efficient at work, and keen to learn and train in a truly unique establishment.
