We are looking for a Reservation Specialist who is ready to move into a more technical role, helping other hoteliers succeed. Requirements
##Who You Are -The Hotel Expert: You have min. 2-3 years of experience in a hotel reservations department. You understand how a PMS, Booking Engine, and RMS connect. -The Communicator: You are fluent in English & Spanish (C2/Business Level), other languages nice to have. You can explain complex ideas to reservation agents as well as the General Manager with ease. -Tech-Curious: You do not need to be a developer, but you are a "power user." You understand how hotel tech connects (PMS, IBE, CRS, Channel Managers) and you are eager to master our internal stack (CRM, Project Management, Reporting). -Self-Starter: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Willing to travel occasionally (day trips) -Mobile & Connected: You appreciate the flexibility of remote work, but you also look forward to occasional day trips to visit our clients in person.
