We are freshly renovated hostel in the heart of Poblenou and we are searching for a new receptionist!
We need an experienced receptionist who is a team player and customer focused. If you are a motivated, organised, multitasking, people person with initiative, this is the place for you. Help us create an unforgettable experience and be part of this new project.

- Assisting with check-in, check-out and anything else our customers may need.
- Excellent customer service.
- Managing and organizing large groups.

- Back-office work (answering calls, answering emails, managing existing or future bookings).
- Organizing events and activities

Experience in a hotel or hostel industry is a plus
