Mission: As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the ME spirit through a warm, stylish, and personalized welcome. Your mission is to ensure an impeccable experience from the very beginning, upholding the highest standards of presentation, courtesy, and excellence.
What You Will Do?
• Deliver a personalized guest experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Consistently provide a warm, elegant, and professional welcome and farewell to all guests.
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring maximum comfort in coordination with the area manager or service team.
• Present menus, support drink orders (depending on the outlet), and ensure full compliance with service procedures and quality standards.
• Manage telephone reservations, accurately recording guest details: name, booking time, number of guests, accommodation information, and contact details.
• Execute all tasks and instructions assigned by your supervisor with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Communicate relevant guest feedback to the management team to support continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For?
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong quality and customer‑service orientation.
• High level of Portuguese and English.
• Solid knowledge of F&B service, food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
• The ME attitude: energy, sophistication, presence, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
