Realizar las reservas tanto telefónicas como por correo electrónico o fax; realizar las entradas y salidas de clientes; atender las peticiones del cliente, darle información en todo lo solicitado (instalaciones, horarios, alrededores, otros); resolver las quejas y reclamaciones, o remitir las más graves al Jefe de Recepción; controlar la facturación diaria y realizar el cuadre de caja; mantener limpio y actualizado el sistema; realizar un seguimiento del booking y de los cierres, y efectuarlo personalmente en su caso, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la fidelización del mismo.
