De Instalaciones y Edificios: • Realizar las tareas de reparación y mantenimiento de instalaciones y edificios. • Llevar a cabo las pruebas necesarias para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y eficaz de las instalaciones y edificios. • Instalar y mantener los dispositivos específicos de protección de personas y bienes. • Cuidar y efectuar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y maquinarias. • Registrar los datos sobre el desarrollo y los resultados del trabajo. RequisitosTitulación mínima: Formación Profesional Grado Superior / Medio Experiencia: De 2 a 3 años Categoría profesional: Empleado Residencia: España Conocimientos y experiencias • Formación en PRL. • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mantenimiento de edificios y espacios públicos. • Experiencia en hoteles o hospitales. • Conocimiento de fontanería, electricidad, climatización, pintura y carpintería. • Inglés básico.
