Melia Whale Lagoon Maldives
Starting in January 2026, our Maldivian resort, ideally located near the renowned South Ari Marine Protected Area (SAMPA), offers guests privileged access to one of the world’s most spectacular marine environments. Known for year-round sightings of whale sharks and manta rays, this destination is a true haven for nature enthusiasts. The position can be based in Male.
Your tasks:
• You are responsible for the entire front office organisation
• You are passionate about working in reservations and ensure that guests feel comfortable right from the moment they make their booking
• You check availability and prices in the reservation system
• You advise our guests on room categories, prices, offers and additional services
• You maintain our guest data in the system
What are we looking for:
• You have completed training in the hotel industry, have equivalent qualifications and/or professional experience
• You are able to work independently and on your own initiative
• You speak business english and at least one more language fluent
• If you already have experience working with different systems its a plus
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and set priorities
