We are looking for a Revenue Management Analyst based in Miami. You
will be responsible for analyzing the performance of the groups assets in the
United States, optimizing pricing and distribution strategies in a highly
competitive and dynamic market like Miami, and contributing to revenue
maximization through data-driven strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
USA Market Analysis
• Analyze demand trends in the Miami market, considering
seasonality, international events, trade shows, festivals, and key periods
such as Spring Break, Art Basel, and hurricane season.
• Evaluate North American and international customer behavior (LATAM
and Europe), identifying booking patterns, pick-up trends, and booking
windows.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking studies in a market with a strong
presence of lifestyle and independent brands in South Beach and Mid Beach.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor daily KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, Net
RevPAR, and Market Penetration Index.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Lennox, Uma House South
Beach, Crest, Casa, and Aqua, both at property and country-aggregated
level.
• Track deviations versus forecast and annual budget in USD,
proposing concrete action plans.
• Actively participate in the rolling forecast process and annual
budgeting for the USA market.
Pricing and Distribution Strategy
• Adjust dynamic pricing strategies based on local demand, citywide
events, and competitor behavior.
• Optimize distribution across OTAs, direct channel, and GDS,
considering the mix of leisure, corporate, and group segments.
• Analyze distribution costs and identify opportunities to
strengthen the direct channel in a market with high intermediary
dependency.
Technology and Systems
• Ensure efficient use of RMS, PMS, Channel Manager, and BI tools
within a multi-property environment.
• Detect and correct issues related to rates, inventory, or channel
mapping.
• Analyze data using advanced Excel and visualization platforms to
support decision-making.
Coordination and Organizational
Culture
• Work closely with local Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams in
Miami, understanding the cultural dynamics and operational pace of the
U.S. market.
• Adapt revenue strategy to a results-driven environment with agile
decision-making and strong commercial focus.
• Participate in strategic meetings with the Country Manager of
USA and the Regional Revenue Manager ensuring global-local alignment.
Expansion and Growth
• Support feasibility studies for new opportunities in the U.S.
market.
• Analyze historical performance and financial projections to
support expansion decisions in the USA.
Report to the Country Manager USA and the Head of Revenue at
Headquarters.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism,
Engineering, Finance, or similar.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Management or financial
analysis within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market and its competitive
dynamics (previous experience in the USA is a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with RMS, PMS, Channel Manager, and Business
Intelligence tools.
• Ability to work with budgets and reporting in USD.
• High level of English (mandatory).
• Analytical, results-oriented profile with a strategic mindset and
the ability to adapt to dynamic and multicultural environments.
Schedule: This position requires fully availability during mornings and afternoons, shift of 8 hours could be arranged between 6:00 am to 12:00 am, weekends required.
Work Location: Miami South Beach, FL.
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more
Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
