EinleitungZur Verstärkung unseres Service-Teams suchen wir für die Wintersaison 2025/26 einen zuverlässigen und motivierten Chef de Rang (m/w/d) für unseren Halbpensionsbereich. Ihre Aufgaben Begrüßung und persönliche Betreuung der Halbpensionsgäste beim Frühstück und Abendessen Organisation und Durchführung des Frühstücksservice (Aufbau, Gästebetreuung, Nachservice, Abräumen) Kontrolle und Pflege der Buffets sowie Koordination mit der Küche Professioneller Service beim Abendessen (Menüfolge, Getränkeservice, individuelle Gästewünsche) Verantwortung für einen eigenen Servicebereich (Station/Rang) Mise-en-place, Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf der Station Wir bietenfreie Verpflegung und Unterkunft in unseren Top-Mitarbeiterhäusern geregelte Arbeitszeiten und geregelten freien Tag sehr gutes Betriebsklima durch unser engagiertes Team zahlreiche Benefits, Freizeit- und Weiterbildungsangebote im gesamten Paznaun mit der Paznaun - Ischgl CREW Card Entlohnung nach dem gesetzlichen Kollektivvertrag mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung
