To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated employees for the upcoming winter season 2025/2026. Your tasksInspect rooms (arrival, departure, evening service) and ensure compliance with LHW quality standards Coordinate the teams of room attendants and porters on the floors Ensure good organization so that rooms are ready for guests on time Handle guest requests Monitor maintenance work Care for special furnishings Ensure proper care and cleaning of furniture and public areas Assist in training and onboarding of new employees Benefits Opportunity to rent accommodation in one of our staff houses, centrally located in Zermatt or Täsch Staff, family & friends room rates and other discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels) Fitness room available for staff, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt Access to the pool area during staff swimming hours Through a development program, access to various courses, such as those offered by Ritzy Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card For employees who cannot or do not wish to work both the winter and summer seasons, we support them in finding complementary positions together with our partner hotels
