Qué esperamos de ti 

-	Es responsable del departamento de Pisos del hotel en ausencia de la Gobernanta 
-	Apoya en la planificación y dirección de los trabajos de limpieza y preparación de las habitaciones  y áreas públicas. 
-	Apoya en la gestión del mantenimiento para asegurar el buen estado del hotel, cumplimenta el parte de incidencias, averías y desperfectos y avisa al personal de mantenimiento.
-	Apoya en la realización de los pedidos de materiales y reposición de ropa y reposición de la ropa.
-	Colabora en la organización, coordinación y formación del personal a su cargo en los procedimientos internos de la compañía, para garantizar así los estándares de calidad. 
-	Colabora en el  buen funcionamiento de los servicios  de lavandería, lencería y costura.
-	Apoya en el control de la calidad y el estado de la ropa, utensilios, mobiliarios, etc. del hotel
-	Atiende reclamaciones de clientes. 			
-	Colabora en la realización de los presupuestos del departamento. 
-	Asegura que se satisfagan las necesidades y peticiones del cliente.


Subgobernante/a - AC Hotel Gran Canaria

Se solicita Supervisor/a de pisos para hotel en Murcia. Dentro de sus funciones se encuentra la evaluación y supervisión de las habitaciones asignadas diariamente. Tendrá a su cargo entre 5 y 15 personas aproximadamente.

Requisitos:
Se requiere experiencia de al menos un año en el puesto antes mencionado.

We are looking for Projects &amp; Design Senior Manager (based at Ho Chi Minh Corporate Office) Mission:Provide technical advice to expansion projects in the geographical area under his responsibility, facilitating their approval and subsequently ensuring the inclusion of our brand standards. This includes operational efficiency across different building areas, optimal functioning of facilities, energy and water savings, and accessibility for new projects.
